Why guilt? Why should we ever feel guilty about something assuming, obviously, that’s not hurting anyone (ourself included)? It perpetuates this idea that we shouldn’t have or seek pleasaure. If it’s about how society would approve or disapprove of the thing why do we put so much on that? Words matter.
I propsose we stop calling things guilty pleasures. We allow/seek anything and everything that gives us pleasure that doesn’t harm anyone.
